Sandi Durell – is producer of the highly acclaimed
series “Timeless Divas” with partner Shari Upbin (ShaRell Productions), which
features the wonderful women over 40 in Theater, Cabaret and Songwriting. It is
Celebrity Hosted by such luminaries as Tovah Feldshuh, Kathie Lee Gifford,
Phyllis Newman, Karen Mason and plays to sold out audiences.
She is a member of the League of Professional Women in
Theater. Sandi serves on the Board of Advisors at Pace University/Dyson College.
She is Chairperson Emeritus of the Genesius Guild Theater Company for which she
initiated and produced its highly visible Cabaret & New Songwriter Series as
well as Master Classes with celebrity panelists; she Executive Produced the CD
‘Our Heart Sings’ as a benefit for the theater company.
She is a
Producer of Vint-Age 2001 Conference on Ageism in the Arts/Media; Associate
Producer on the documentary film ‘Legends of Broadway: The Golden Age’, a
project to preserve the magical history of the great legendary stars of Broadway
with Emmy Award winning Director/Producer Rick McKay. She is on the Board of
Directors of the New York Sheet Music Society which preserves the Great American
Songbook and for which she produces their New Songwriter Series. She is a member
of the 98 year old Dutch Treat Club, The National Arts Club and a continuing
supporter of cabaret and theater
